I also feel that most science, math, and engineering is much more axiomatic than law and finance. It is easy to guarantee that things don't break when you have reasonable assumptions in an axiomatic system and can deduce the rest, but there are so many exceptions, technicalities, and gotchas in law and finance that I would be afraid of opening either myself or the company I work for up to lawsuits.
