Startup Ideas from 10k Risk Sections

Hello! Just realized that the risks outlined in 10-k reports (under the Risk section) provide a wealth of potential b2b problems to be solved in the startup world. Wanted to share that with the HN community, in the hopes of starting an interesting discussion!

I think the idea is novel, but for my company (even if I regard it as competent) most of Risks section of 10k is just CYA.
