Just curious if anyone knows how reddit targeting algos, if they existed at all, worked back in 2009.

In the scenario where a cookie'd and possibly de-anonymized user viewed the anonymous front page of reddit, did reddit have the capability at the time to customize the front page for specific users based on their identity?
