There's a Kiwi Farms user database and IP address dump floating around if you search for certain words.

The dump dates to late 2019.

byuu/near's thread is as old as 2018.

Many of the users use local ISPs, and many of the current users that are commenting in said thread are in that dump.

They should be fearing the same things that they inflicted upon the people they targeted, but worse. You kick a hive, be prepared to be stung.
