I think critical US retail and government buildings should require vaccinations (vaccination cards) and masks until community spread ceases: grocery stores, shopping malls, coffee shops, schools (everyone >12), pharmacies, hospitals, federal/state offices, post offices, and doctor offices. This way, it makes extremely inconvenient for crazy people and the lazy to not get it.

The knock-on productivity, lowered quality of life, and healthcare costs of LC are likely into the hundreds of billions spread over decades. It's very difficult to count what's underreported and the aftereffects over many years that may not be properly attributed to LC.
