I like the product, there's a large market for it.

I see it as another case of developed -> developing country labor arbitrage:

I imagine the work can be outsourced to IT people in India (or possibly another country), and accomplished using a variety of code & low-code tools such as using Zapier, MuleSoft, etc., right. And then the end product & process just needs to be managed & delivered by an American IT people.
