Lockdown means that it is literally illegal to make that drive to the coastline right now, and it will continue to be for the foreseeable future. The only people who get to enjoy being in "one of the most beautiful places in the world full of sunshine, sea and sand" during lockdown are a few incredibly wealthy folks living in expensive homes in expensive regions of the country.
