Cruelty Squad's artstyle feels like someone getting every answer wrong on their art test on purpose. Then sticking with it and making it feel sort of cohesive in the end anyway. It certainly grew on me more and more as I played it.

Not to mention that the actual gameplay is incredibly fun. With varied gear options, replayable missions with new gear and lots of secrets to find.
