I recently saw an article about reversing fibrosis in mouse studies using an FDA-approved drug, e.g.: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2021/08/210823170126.h...

If I google "pulmonary fibrosis reversal" a number of things come up although they all appear to still be in the research phase. Never say never.
