1. Make it illegal for a US company to pay a cypto ransom. 2. Make US crypto exchanges report possible crypto ransom payments as Suspicious Activities to FinCEN. 3. Make it illegal for a US company to perform a wallet-to-wallet crypto transaction instead of using a US crypto exchange. 4. Make it illegal for a US company to directly use a foreign crypto exchange.

These commonsense know-your-customer and anti-money laundering measures should have been put in place years ago.
