Running a fleet of RTX3090's on demand does not sound at all complaint with what little I know of NVidia's terms of use. There's surprisingly little allowed uses for these "consumer" cards, if their terms of use are anything like previous generations. Nvidia (& other companies) really wants folks to upgrade to enterprise/data-center class devices.
