Let's identify the problems here:

  Long work hours
  -which might or might not be bullshit

  Addicting novelty seeking
  -small dopamine hits 
  -and it's enablement
    -phones
    -never ending scrolling
    -being rich to have access

  Procrastination
  -mix of fear, uncertainty, belief it will be better at a 
  later time
I believe all of these should be tackled individually.
