I just switched jobs...I was a senior software engineer at Cameo and I just joined Disney as a senior software engineer/tech lead. I loved Cameo, especially the culture and people but my wife is leaving her job as a hospital nurse to strike out on her own as a nurse practitioner. So I needed big corporation benefits, not startup benefits. Specifically health insurance that is good for the whole family, not just a 20 year old. There are other benefits that made the switch worthwhile like tuition assistance, childcare, free tutoring for kids, and a lot more.
