She/her, millenial, and my employer is only entitled to the time that I consent to giving; literally fire* me if you don't like it. I don't demean union work, in fact, I prefer it; but I know that's unpopular here.

edit: also, I don't work in a widget factory. When I stop work on a task, work on that task stops. I measure my productivity in tasks completed, and it would take months to train somebody to do my work. If I don't get my work done on time, a larger project deadline slips. I work very hard to ensure that never happens.
