It’s not just US.

I bought a land (950m2) to build a house in 2016 for 38k €, now after just 5 years its value is 110k €. (Nothing has changed since then)

My house cost me about 120k € to built in 2017, and now that house (with price of land included) is 350k. (Thats the official quote from bank)

And this is in eastern Slovakia, near big city.
