The title seems to draw a weird conclusion. The summary is that GenZ has different preferences and attitudes, not that millennials are afraid of them. Here are some other things I noted from this article: GenZ don’t like to work as much and are willing to speak up and ask for what they want. But that can also be a bad thing, for example when they take paid time off for dubious reasons like “not being in a good place mentally”. They have different fashion and humor from millennials. They look down on hustle culture. They insist on injecting their progressive/left politics into institutions (like companies) through vehicles like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams.
