I wonder if any macOS app able to do scaling and adding black border around the screen like what "nvidia scale resolution" does in Windows.

My monitor have light leakages issues. In Windows, I scale it down and use black tap covered all 4 edges. It looks like a normal screen. :)

When I use it as macOS external, I have to guess the top menu position :p
