For the majority of courses offered at the BSc level they are more or less fixed accross the board. Additionally, by saying "Tuition maxes at <£10k/y" you could imply to some that fees are in a certain range below 10k, where in fact they are generally speaking very close to £10k.

While this might create debate I think it's worth pointing out that there is a BIG difference between UK and US private healthcare.
