I just did some verifications and it seems to be a number used by RoboKiller[1].
Have you wife installed that application or any spam blocking app?
It basically forward spam call to that number. Maybe a bug or something happened when you deleted the app and the calls were still forwarding after the deletion.

From what Verizon told me, it seems like an app somehow enabled *72 - any call that came in when the line was already in use or went to voicemail was redirected to a Dakota number.
Dialing *73 disabled the forward and put things back to normal.
Easy way of knowing if a number is associated with RoboKiller is to determine if they are using this LLC as their carrier: "NATIVE AMERICAN TELECOM - PINE RIDGE LLC"
My wife hasn't received VM's for weeks and just called support. They said it's been forwarded to the above number... how has this not been blacklisted by now?
