I have written an article exploring the key ergonomic design elements of Glove80 and the rationale. Glove80 is a wireless split contoured keyboard. We designed it to be as comfortable as possible for ourselves. I and the other core people involved in this project all had RSI. Glove80 is unusual in that it had gone through literally hundreds of A/B ergonomic testing experiments to arrive at the final design.
It's weird. I used to have a full blown desktop setup with multiple screens and had massive neck pain which required me to buy expensive split keyboards.
I've since moved a few times and am currently living in a trailer fulltime. I just use a laptop (no external devices) and I don't have the neck pain anymore.
