Been using https://www.tunemymusic.com/ for this exact purpose for the last couple of years. Somone releases a playlist on Spotify, I copy the url and transfer it over to YouTube Music or Apple Music.

Does anyone know if FreeYourMusic has any advantage over TuneMyMusic?

I was looking for something like this. It looks like you still have to have a Spotify account, do you just use a free one?

If you're transfering to/from spotify then yes. You have to have a Spotify account but yes, I have a free one.
