As Portuguese, I can tell you this was massive! I went one full day without a stable internet connection, without being able to make phone calls and with very limited mobile data.

This should make us think very hard about cybersecurity.

Yes I got the same feedback from relatives.

I guess we need more of these so that companies start making finally security part of the requirements and not an afterthought to do alongside docs and QA.

The portuguese government entities such as ANACOM and CMVM should enforce certains type of security architectures for all those companies in risk of paying penalties.

We are experiencing a strike. Impresa and Vodafone occurred this month, and today Germano de Sousa Laboratories experienced an attempt as well.
