Less than 6 weeks was required to restore internet service to one of the most challenging locations on the planet after a violent nature tantrum broke things.

Not bad, actually. They set up a rate limited but publicly available satellite uplink during the outage, and there were private satellite connections, so critical outside communications stayed online.

Not a bad outcome, considering everything else in the world that's breaking down.
