I hear your point about the last sentence. If I read "Glory to America", I'd more than cringe.

However, the last sentence in Roman characters is "Slava Ukraniya" which has emerged as more of a call to defend Ukraine than jingoism against outsiders. The same people that say this are also giving food to Russians that surrender and letting them call their parents.
