M., 10+ years Delphi, 10+ years MS SQL, deep experience building software for large supermarket chain (deployed in many locations), knowledge of supermarket/grocery industry. Consid (a Swedish IT consultancy) specifically put a call out for Ukrainian developers, saying they'll help them and their families with accommodation and other relocation matters: https://consid.se/en/ukraine/

I can't vouch for this company personally, but from initial reading it seems to be a reputable consulting company in Sweden.

If your friend ends up in Stockholm and needs any help with anything locally, feel free to reach out.
