Estimating software is very hard. Now imagine you're a publicly traded company, the whole world is watching you, and short sellers are piling on. You are trying to fix model 3 supply chain problems etc and at the same time designing rockets that land themselves.

I think they deserve a pass on the estimates. Tesla will get to L4 first
