Ask HN: How to get hired as a fully functional and working team?

We're a small team based in the UK comprised of UX/UI/frontend/backend developers. We work exceptionally well together and over the past year we've built mobile apps, SPAs for our clients(who are people we mostly know). However how does one reach out for new contracts?

There's obviously plenty of jobs boards for lone developers but as a ready to go team, there appears to be a lack of options. We have no real sales/marketing experience, but just love building tech!
