Seeing it down for our app, no status page yet. Anyone else seeing this?

Yes, cannot push/deploy. Also can't view https://help.heroku.com/UMAUQ4UF/why-am-i-seeing-application... because it says I'm not logged in, but also I can't log in.

Also, why do I have to be logged in to view their help pages?

Looks like Heroku posted a status page incident, largely retroactively: https://status.heroku.com/incidents/2409

Yeah, flaky dashboard, unable to get proper visuals on apps, can't restart apps.

Unable to log in to the dashboard but my applications themselves are still running.
