Rich people testing positive for Covid isn't news. The majority of Americans have caught it at least once.

For a sizable minority of people, Gates anything is a story and markets move. For a non completely intersecting set of people Gates == barcode implants == antivaxx lunacy so there is milage on "but he still got covid so vaccines don't work" noise.
