Ask HN: What tools do you use to keep track of your finances?

I recently got married and between me and my wife we have multiple brokerage accounts, 401k accounts, HSA accounts, other investments, credit cards, etc.

I am curious if there are any existing tools that can consolidate this information in one place. I am currently working on setting up an excel sheet, however, this will only give me a snapshot of our finances as they are today. Ideally, I want something that can refresh the data periodically.
