I get that this is 'news' for the San Jose burbs considering it's size/proximity to venture capital, but I just can't help but chuckle at the size and scope of this project. Just yesterday I was looking at a development in Chicago[0] with plans to add over 18 times the number of residential units, and literally millions of feet of new real estate.
