Why? The collapse was a major F-up but he broke no law. He disclosed what he was doing so no one should come after him. Crypto is mostly unregulated so people should be ready to lose all their money. Even if it's lost thru unethical means. Unethical in crypto does not equal illegal.

The government might come after him for not paying taxes but that's not related to the collapse of the cryptocurrency.
