I tried several times to submit a short post sharing the recent release of the latest version of a package. However, the submission does not seem to complete. This seems weird because I have done it before. Is this due to some recent change or setting?

Also, sometime it's easier to get traction with a blog post about an interesting problem you solved to add a feature. For example:
It looks like a strange fuzzy problem that has many corner cases and you must get a good heuristic to solve it. So I think it's a promising topic for an interesting blog post.
If this is a reference to the Perl submissions I would guess it has to do with the link submitted being the APEX domain rather than a link to the article itself. I am just guessing though. It would be best to email the moderators to know for certain. hn at ycombinator.com
