If you had a friend who frequently spends their own money and time to help other people, those other people take credit for their work, they don't get paid, and they feel guilty if they ever resist doing these things, but they don't feel good about how they spend their time and they're feeling used--

Well I don't consider those people my friends anymore. I don't think they ever feel guilty thats the issue. Even when I'm near them and they probably can see me, they tout it as theirs.

Hmm I doubt I can change them - I'm not gonna be friends with them - they still havent said thank you after ghosting me after 2 years.
