Work in HR. Have been in this industry for decades. There is at least half of companies I dealt with will not hire those from gambling-type of industries (this include crypto). Moral has nothing to do with it. It reflects on people who work there with a specific type of behavior. Exception do given on those working for short stints like less than a year. But the longer one is in that kind of industry the stronger their "specific behaviors" ingrained in them and hence many employers exclude them from being hired. This is more of oral things and wont appear in any emails or paper trails.
