I'm pretty sure I got hit with something like that at one point, but I was never in the State Department hehehe.

I suspect either microwave spying gone awry, or someone went a bit too buck wild with one of those weird technologies like anxiety rays the IARPA types love so much.

(I've got a lead, but why would I give you that for free "capitalists"?)

How would you know? Were you holding an antenna hooked to an oscilloscope running a FFT?
