Musk is clearly in the wrong here (absent any lies in the twitter document, which I would find very unlikely).
Musk is acting like a spoiled child. Let's see what happens when a man with infinite resources tries to get what he wants. Has the court system enough muscle to handle this (i.e. Musk hasn't too many "bought" sympathizers in the system).
