There's a purely visual Polish comedy artist Ireneusz Krosny, see e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYwuvil6cp0 Not sure if the gags could be considered stand-up in a strict sense, but he can capture and entertain the audience using just body language and very little, if any, props.
