That's true, foreign company, from tech company to manufacture company, all of them provides more friendly working environment than China local companies. The workers in Shanghai Tesla work 12 hours a day, and paid less than 1500$ a month, which might be unacceptable for western labors, but even this is much better than other local car manufacture companies.
