I'm trying to avoid triggering any sort of non-solicitation breaches by discussing this outside of the normal recruitment process, but I am confident that they would love to have me join them. You mentioned that if the team wants me it could cut out some of the interview process, any experience with this happening and how it could play out? At what point do I mention to the recruiters that I already have some relationships into the team?
