Ask HN: Should I Quit Already?

I've been working two jobs and two freelance gigs for the last 3 years. And slowly but steadily, things have started to take a toll.

It's hard for most of the people in my circle to understand because either they don't work that many different roles or they won't have the family responsibilities.

Now that I've working on raising my pay, is it time to make the decision to drop some gigs and focus on just one?

If I understand correctly, you have a family and you're working 2 jobs plus 2 side-gigs. I guess you should do what you can afford to do. And if you think you're burdened, I suggest you take a look at people from poor countries to see how they hustle just to survive.

It would help to explain why you have been working 2 jobs and 2 freelance gigs at the same time. Are you from a very poor country or are deep in debt or something or are you just trying to retire early?

one job and one side gig is already plenty, I wouldn't recommend more than that (assuming bills are paid etc)
