Locally hosted PBX SIP Trunk suggestions? VoicePulse ending service

Having just moved us to their newer service offering, FIVE, VoicePulse is apparently now ending that service as well. We just received another mildly confusing e-mail stating that we need to port the numbers out now if not sooner.

Do any HN readers have good experiences with an inexpensive SIP trunk provider that works with an on-premises FreePBX install?
