I saw someone compare what's happening to twitter as less like the fall of myspace and more like the fall of AM radio, where basically those who were willing to pay for propaganda basically took it over as other sources of cash withdrew (leaving mostly talk shows, religious interests etc). It feels less sustainable with twitter somehow.
