Satiety is subjective however it is widely accepted that foods high in fat can be more satiating.

Today the relevant case is Keto diets where replacing your carbohydrate intake with higher fat foods (steak, avocado, nuts) can help regulate your satiation by rebalancing your hormones. Increasingly so if you do intermittent fasting.

Although if you really just wanna be full go eat vegetables.

My point for comparison is that chia seeds, konjac, shirataki and others are filling while being an almost 0 calorie food.
