Drink a cup of water when you wake up. Also, drink as much water as you can throughout the day.

Don't play on your phone, watch TV, or read a book while eating. Put all your attention to your meal.

Don't eat out by yourself. This one is hard, but I try my best.

Prioritize a workout schedule. I generally workout on the weekdays 3 to 5 days before I start my workday. I usually in the gym working out for 45 min - 1 hr. This doesn't include the time it takes to prep, get to the gym and back, and prepare for the workday.
