zlib is a compression library. Had a brief panic at the idea of it disappearing but this seems to be something related to piracy and a less immediate threat to software continuing to work.

Somewhat a clickbait title. The domain is 'dead', the server is fine. It's unclear how long the server will be fine for, with both of its founders and possibly owners extradited.
