I even went as far as following and reading all of the links that eventually led to https://aip.scitation.org/doi/10.1063/5.0087175 and had to double check that it wasn't posted on the 1st of April.

YMMV and I appreciate that my response is precisely what Agent Smith of the Matrix franchise would say but there has to be better and more lucid ways of forwarding the conjecture/theory than this p.o.s.
