Yeah how droll sites do this but it's just means you might not simply copy and paste the wrong key text ... which can happen like an unintentional full stop.
The work around is using something like autohotkey, write a script to ask for password (rather than just write a script to input the password direct) and then as far as the site can tell, you will be manually inputting it into form.
Oh a note, the linked form, the first password entry readily accepts a paste.

Note* for the second pw field it is disabled.
