Normally the College Board emails students and the National Merit Board advises school in a timely fashion with sufficient postage.
The School advised students (no attempt to hide) - but thanks to the primary source of advice not contacting students (as they normally do) and the National Merit Board not attaching correct stamps - School notification came late.
