The entire purpose of a programming language, as opposed to a natural language, is to be able to communicate precise intent to a computer. A programming language is designed to be able to communicate precise intent, and a natural language isn't.

Even if you could, you would not want to use natural language to instruct a computer. You don't want the AI, or the computer, to guess your intent.
